Kappy Chisholm, Realtor

Kappy is a Savannah native and would not have it any other way! After going to school in Boston, Massachusetts and Gainesville, Georgia, Kappy came back to Savannah for good. She grew up on Whitmarsh Island, bought her first home in Ardsley Park, lived on Tybee and is now back on Wilmington Island.

Kappy has had various careers including owning her own restaurant and a surgical technician in the operation room and a Realtor since 2017. She loves working with people and helping you find your dream home. Kappy has earned the Distinguished Sales Society award from 2020 to present. She also earned the International Sterling Award in 2022 and 2024. Kappy has also earned her Accredited Buyers Representative designation and her Military Relocation Certificate.

Kappy is married to Eddie Perry. She has identical twin 15 year old twin boys that keep her busy. She loves being on the boat and spending time with her family.
